1. What this policy covers
Cerebral Labs, Inc. (“Ping,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and waitlist. This policy describes the information used by the current website and signup experience. It does not describe data practices for future app features.
2. Information we collect
- Waitlist signup: your email address, whether you joined through the email form or Google, a signup identifier, and the signup date and time.
- Google sign-in: Google supplies account information to our authentication provider, Supabase, such as your email address and, depending on your account and consent, basic profile information. The waitlist uses your email address. We do not receive your Google password.
- Technical information: hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, browser and device details, request times, and diagnostic logs to deliver and secure their services.
3. How information is used
Information is used to register your interest in Ping, recognize an existing signup, authenticate Google sign-in, communicate about the waitlist and launch, and maintain the security and operation of the website.
The current website does not request access to your precise location, contacts, payment details, or Google email messages.
4. Service providers
We use Supabase to store waitlist entries and manage authentication. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes information as part of that flow. The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which exposes technical request information such as your IP address to Google.
These providers process information according to their roles and applicable policies. You can read the Supabase Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or to protect rights and security.
5. Browser storage
Google sign-in uses authentication data stored in your browser to maintain the session. Clearing site data in your browser removes that local session but does not delete your waitlist entry or authentication record.
The current website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Third-party authentication services may use cookies or similar technologies when you visit them.
6. Retention & security
Waitlist and authentication information is retained while needed to manage signups, communicate about the launch, and meet applicable legal and security obligations. The current signup flow does not automatically expire waitlist entries.
Access controls restrict public access to waitlist records. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Service providers may process information outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ.
7. Your choices & requests
Joining the waitlist is optional, and you can use the email form instead of Google sign-in. You can manage Ping’s Google access in your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not automatically delete an existing waitlist signup.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to raise a concern with a data protection authority.
Our contact address for privacy requests, including removal from the waitlist, is pending confirmation.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy as the website and our practices change. We will post revisions here and update the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent before a new use of personal information.
